In the first semester, the 9th grade students read ‘The Giver’ by Lois Lowry in Mrs. Yoldaş’s English lessons. Based on one of the themes of the novel, the students created their own Utopian worlds, complete with a brochure about their utopia and a presentation of what their utopia looks like.
